Bad bad news. After DBS stopped giving out points and rebates for AXS transactions since Oct 2013, I knew Citibank would be following suit. After all, only Citibank and AXS allowed bill payments using credit cards at AXS machines. For those not in the know, you can pay your road tax or insurance premiums using Citibank credit cards and earn from these spending. Unfortunately, this is a benefit (or loophole depending on how you see it) that will cease soon. Since these are usually 4 figure payments, I would suggest contacting your agents and paying off these bills early if you wanna get more points, miles or rebates.
